Employment/Compensation Workshop

NAAAP is pleased to host a great employment/compensation workshop for its members. Two Human Resources experts from the public and private sector will be providing valuable advice on topics such as:
- learning different negotiating styles when negotiating your salary during a job interview or after a performance review
- understanding the concept of pay bands, salary ranges, and pay structures
- determining the severance package when you are terminated or laid off
- learning the rights and issues of employees and/or contractors under the Labour Relations Code, Human Rights Code, and Employment Standards Act

Whether you are an employee, an employer or a manager, you will come away with some great strategies and insights on improving your understanding on compensation, performance reviews and human resources within a corporate environment. We will also be having an open discussion forum for our members to bring their questions to our Human Resources professionals!
